About your Pet's Stay
How much outside exercise/playtime will my dog get?
Each dog receives about 4
hours of supervised play time each day, weather permitting.
Can I bring my pet's bed and toys?
Absolutely. We encourage you to bring
any item that will make your pet's stay more comfortable.
What do you feed the boarded pets? Can I bring my pet's own food?
We highly encourage you to provide your
own food. We will feed your pet for a small fee, but would much rather your pet
maintains his/her normal diet.
Can you give my pet medicine while I am gone?
We do this on a regular basis. Nominal
fee may apply.
Is there someone there at night?
We live on the property.

Making a
Reservation/Checking In
Do I need a reservation?
Yes, we require a reservation. When
you call us we will email you all the necessary paperwork so that you can be
prepared upon check-in.
Do you require a deposit?
Only during peak holidays. The rest of
the time we don't. Any deposit will be applied directly to your bill on
checkout.
What is your cancellation policy?
For holidays, it's 3 weeks prior to
check in date. If you do not cancel you would lose your deposit. For all other
times we really don't have a cancellation requirement, but ask that notification
be given asap.
Rates
How much do you charge for boarding?
Single dogs are
$30.00 a night. Multiple dog families
are $25 per dog per night. Daycare is $15.00 a day. Cats are $15.00
a night.
Do you discount for long-term boarding?
Yes, any stay 14 nights or longer will be
discounted 20%.
Can you pick up/drop off my pet for me?
Yes, we offer taxi service. $1 per each
mile round-trip, $10 minimum.
Do you offer in-home sitting?
Yes, we'll stay for 20 minutes for up to 4 pets
for $10 plus $1 per mile traveled round-trip, $20 minimum. Additional pets
are $2 each.

How do I get there?
We are located 3 1/2
miles north east of McKinney. From McKinney take Highway 380 east to Woodlawn.
Turn left on Woodlawn for 2 miles until it dead ends. Turn left on FM 2933 for
1 mile and we will be on the left hand side of the road.
What are your business hours?
All drop-offs and pick-ups by appointment for personal service.
Monday - Saturday appointments scheduled between 7am - 11am & 3pm-7pm.
(closed 11am-3pm)
Closed every Wednesday (no check-in or check-out)
Sundays open 3pm-7pm
Check-outs during the afternoon shift will incur a $15 per dog daycare
fee. (except Sundays)
Are your facilities
indoors? Climate Controlled?
When the dogs are not
out in the play yard they are in their climate controlled, clean kennels.
Our backup generator protects against any unexpected power loss.
What types of animals do you care for?
Give us a call.
We've yet to turn any pet down.
Can I see a tour of the property?
You bet. We have
site inspections frequently. Just give us a call and make an appointment.
