About your Pet's Stay
How much playtime will my dog get?
Each dog is guaranteed a minimum of 4
hours supervised play time each day. During the hot hours of summer, they play
two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening. This doesn't count 10-15
minute potty breaks in-between. The rest of the time they spend in their air
conditioned runs.
Can I bring my pet's bed and toys?
Absolutely. We encourage you to bring
any item that will make your pet's stay more comfortable.
What do you feed the boarded pets? Can I bring my pet's own food?
We highly encourage you to provide your
own food. We will feed your pet for a small fee, but would much rather your pet
maintains his/her normal diet.
Can you give my pet medicine while I am gone?
We do this on a regular basis. Nominal
fee may apply.
Is there someone there at night?
We live on the property. We're here
all the time. It allows us to be extremely flexible.

Making a
Reservation/Checking In
Do I need a reservation?
Yes, we require a reservation. When
you call us we will email you all the necessary paperwork so that you can be
prepared upon check-in.
Do you require a deposit?
Only during peak holidays. The rest of
the time we don't. Any deposit will be applied directly to your bill on
checkout.
What is your cancellation policy?
For holidays, it's 3 weeks prior to
check in date. If you do not cancel you would lose your deposit. For all other
times we really don't have a cancellation requirement, but ask that notification
be given whenever possible.
Rates
How much do you charge for boarding?
For 1 dog it's $25.00 a night. If two dogs
share the same run it's $40.00 a night. Daycare is $15.00 a day. Cats are
$10.00 a night.
Do you give discounts for multiple pets? Can my pets stay together in the same
suite?
If two dogs share the same run it's $40.00 a
night. Yes, your pets can share the same suite to save money.
Do you discount for long-term boarding?
Yes, any stay 14 nights or longer will be
discounted 20%.
Can you pick up/drop off my pet for me?
Yes, we offer taxi service within 15 miles.
The cost is $10 each way.
Do you offer in-home sitting?
Yes, within 15 miles we will go to your house and
stay a minimum of 30 minutes while we feed your pet and let it out for potty
breaks. The cost is $20 per visit.

How do I get there?
We are located 3 1/2
miles north east of McKinney. From McKinney take Highway 380 east to Woodlawn.
Turn left on Woodlawn for 2 miles until it dead ends. Turn left on FM 2933 for
1 mile and we will be on the left hand side of the road.
What are your business hours?
All drop-offs and pick-ups by appointment for
personal service.
Monday - Saturday appointments scheduled between 7am-7pm.
Check-out
after 11am would incur a $15 doggie daycare charge for the last day.
Sunday appointments scheduled between 2pm-7pm.
Check-out after 4pm will incur a $15 doggie daycare charge for the last day.
Site inspections by appointment. Same hours as above.
Are your facilities indoors? Air-conditioned?
When the dogs are not
out in the play yard they are in their air conditioned runs. Also, the runs are
cleaned and water is refreshed twice daily.
What types of animals do you care for?
Give us a call.
We've yet to turn any pet down.
Can I see a tour of the property?
You bet. We have
site inspections frequently. Just give us a call and make an appointment.
